When you go to the beach, do you wear your work clothes? Of course not. But yet, the cellphone you take to work is the same one you take to the beach, right? Well, if you’ve use tmobile, you don’t have to and that’s because all the information on a tmobile phone like your phone lists and phone number are not really stored in the phone, but rather on a little chip that you plugged in your phone when you first got it. If you move that chip to another phone, all your information goes with it. I’ve been using tmobile for years now, and on the weekends, I move my chip to an older phone that I can throw into a beach bag. During the week, I’ve got the chip in shiny new business phone. Now you can wear the right tmobile phone for the right occasion. Try it!

We all love our cell phones but we hate getting those extra charges for going over our monthly minutes. Well as you might guess, your buddy Peter has a great tip for you. If you’re a tmobile subscriber, all you do is dial #646#, then hit the dial button. In a few seconds you’ll get back a message that tells you how many minutes you’ve used. What’s cool is you get both the whenever minutes as well as the tmobile to tmobile minutes. Now you never have to wonder if you’re going over your monthly limit. Just dial #646# and you’ll know exactly where you stand. Keep up with this and you’ll never see those extra charges again.

Picture this: you’re at the office and you need to send a quick message to a colleague who is on the road with their tmobile wireless phone. Instead of making a phone call the might land in their voicemail or interrupt them at a meeting, send them an email message instead. So for example if their phone number is 8085551212, then you just send an email to 8085551212@tmomail.net. If they are a tmobile subscriber, that message will go to their phone in seconds. I use this feature all the time and it’s the perfect when you want to get a quick, short message out. Try it!

Do you get unsolicited email (also known as SPAM) that says “If you would like to be removed from our list, please reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line”. Well you really want to be careful about replying because you may be creating even more spam for yourself. You see, most spammers use that technique to find out if you really exist. Once they know that, they sell your email address to other spammers. So when I get emails like that I generally ignore them. Now if I get repeated emails from the same source and I feel are reputable enough to respect my wishes, then I will send one of those remove requests. I’ve noticed that in almost every occasion when I don’t reply, I don’t get any repeat emails from unethical spammers. Follow this simple tip and you’ll keep spam in your musubi instead of your email inbox.

TechPodCasts.com, the top technical audio podcast resource worldwide, announced today a first of its kind sponsorship deal with GotoMeeting.com, a Citrix Online product
Spokesperson Todd Cochrane says, what is significant is that this is the very first multi-podcast sponsorship deal. This agreement is a large win for our members and the techpodcasts.com network. A significant amount of work lead to getting to this day, with the network barely being 6 months old it is evident that when like minded podcasters come together and build a branded network, along with developing a legal marketable framework, with the necessary statistics reporting, then by presenting a well laid out marketing plan, we were able to sign this sponsorship deal. This solidifies our ideals that “podcasters do the work, and indeed podcasters get paid”.
TechPodcasts.com is uniquely positioned to deliver the GoToMeeting.com message. More impressive in June the network reached 135,000 unique listeners, and saw record traffic of over 750,000 unique downloads among the 20 reporting affiliates.
This sponsorship is the perfect marketing fit, we have the technical audience, and we will be able to directly reach decision makers in the technical community. We look forward to a successful campaign and a long term relationship with GotoMeeting.com.
TechPodcasts.com is a network of independent audio content producers who have agreed to create child safe, educational content as well as work collectively to build the best collection of Technical Podcast available on the Internet.
